Refunds and Exchange

In Store Returns:

Product(s) can be refunded or exchanged from any of our retail stores within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused, with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought in store cannot be returned via the Courier and must be returned to the store.

Returned items which are not new or unused condition may not be accepted as a return unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return fault items. If the item is faulty, please contact our customer service centre at customerservice@weavesgroup.com or call toll free number. No Exchange or Refund during promotion. No refund on sale items/discounted items. Refund will only be transacted in original country of purchase. Exchange only within 7 days of order received.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for original purchase. We do not provide cash refunds. You will be credited for the cost of item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
