These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UAE version of www.uae.khaadi.com (the "Website"), operated by Khaadi ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UAE law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Products and Orders

4.1 All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion.

4.2 Please bear in mind that, due to technical issues or other matters beyond our control, the colours, textures and sizes may differ to those shown on screen.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at checkout using available payment methods.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the products.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Returns and refunds are governed by this section and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

7.2 You may request a return where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, or where the return is otherwise permitted under UAE consumer protection regulations or our stated Returns Policy.

7.3 Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, and proof of purchase, unless the product is defective.

7.4 Furthermore, in the case of “sale” items, the product or products should be returned within 7 days of order delivery, and a voucher of an equivalent amount will be issued against it.

7.5 Certain items may not be eligible for return. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product or products while they are in your possession.

7.6 Items returned without original packaging or tags may not be accepted.

7.7 Hygiene-sensitive items may not be returned where restricted by law.

7.8 Where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7.9 Delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

7.10 Nothing in this section limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under UAE law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Khaadi and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Use

9.1 You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, including violating applicable UAE laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khaadi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or products.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11. Termination

11.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Website if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction.
